Leslie: "Layne, can you go get me two grapefruits from the garage."

Layne: "Sure."

Layne enters the garage and returns with one grapefruit.

Layne: (looks up with a smile) "Here."

Then she goes back for the next.

Leslie: "Thanks, Layne!"

Layne: "What's it for?"

Leslie: "What's what for?"

Layne: "What's the grapefruits for?"

Leslie: "For dinner."

Layne: (confused) "But what's it for?"

Leslie: "For dinner."

Layne: "Then, why is there only two?"

Leslie: "Because there are four of us, and we are splitting them."

Layne: (shakes head in embarrassment) "Oh!"

Layne walks off.

Leslie: "Thank you, Layne."
