I know this is still a couple months away, but Taylor and I have been given the opportunity to work at a camp in Washington this Summer. As excited as I am for the new experience, part of me wants to cling to the familiar and friendly.
Please pray this Summer that:
1. My homesick heart will be filled with Jesus.
2. Taylor and I will be instruments for God.
3. We will grow in our relationship with the Lord.
4. I will step out of my comfort zone to do as much for Jesus as I can.
5. We will have fun!

I actually just ran on your site through another... and anyway just wanted to be a stranger giving you a word of encouragement! Camp is the best thing in the entire, entire world! I grew up going to camp, and have worked on the last two years. It was not a Christian camp and sometimes a rough environment but getting to know kids, work with them, play games, and help them grow as people is the most rewarding thing! I hope you have a great summer and learn a lot! You'll see so much growth in the kids, and then looking back you'll then realize how much they impacted you and actually caused you to grow leaps and bounds as well! Good luck!
